Dry age meat is prepared using European technology in a certified workshop the farm "Rozhdestvo", located not far from the hotel.
In the framework of the master class, each guest will be able to gain invaluable knowledge and experience in cooking steaks, learn how steaks differ and which roasts are better suited to each type of meat, discover the rules of cooking and maturing meat, as well as reveal the secret of various flavors.
At the end of the master class guests will be able to taste their own masterpieces with a glass of wine.
